This Kannada supernatural thriller follows a cursed painting of a woman named Nagavalli that brings misfortune and death to everyone who possesses it, eventually landing in the home of a family whose daughters are troubled by strange, frightening occurrences. As unexplained deaths and disturbances mount, an astrologer-sage enlists a psychiatrist to uncover the truth behind the painting, leading them to investigate a centuries-old rivalry tied to a historical royal figure. The 2010 film served as a sequel to the earlier hit Apthamitra and marked actor Vishnuvardhan's landmark 200th Kannada film role.
