Set in a coastal fishing community, the story follows Achootty, a widowed fisherman who dreams of his daughter Radha becoming a doctor. When Radha falls for her childhood friend Raghavan instead, tensions rise between Achootty and the young man's family, straining relationships within the village as pride and stubbornness collide with love and duty at sea.
