This 2006 Hindi science-fiction drama follows Tejas, a young man raised in isolation in a basement because of an extreme sensitivity to sunlight, who is left in the care of a rehabilitation center director after his father's sudden death. As his hidden gifts of extraordinary intelligence and paranormal abilities such as telepathy and control over lightning and magnetism come to light, he faces both fascination and exploitation from those around him. The story explores his struggle to find acceptance while others seek to use his unusual powers for their own ends.
