12B

12B is a 2001 Tamil romantic drama that follows a young man named Shakthi whose morning is upended when he becomes distracted by a woman named Jo, causing him to chase after a city bus. The story then splits into two parallel paths, one where he boards the bus and one where he misses it, showing how each small twist of fate sends his career, romantic prospects, and relationships in very different directions. Told through this dual-timeline structure, it was among the earliest Tamil films to experiment with this kind of branching narrative.
