This 2013 Hindi crime thriller follows an uncompromising police officer who is repeatedly transferred for taking on corrupt criminals, while still haunted by his parents' unsolved murder. Assigned to investigate a district collector's killing, he protects a reluctant witness and falls for her while probing a powerful oil-smuggling syndicate. Along the way he gains unlikely allies, including a reformed car dealer and a journalist, as he works to expose the crime network behind the case.
