Yuvatha follows Babu, an orphan who leaves his uncle's house believing he has been cheated out of his inheritance, and settles in Hyderabad with close friends. There he forms a bond with a young woman named Baby, and after a confrontation with local thugs leaves one of his friends badly hurt, Babu scrambles to raise money for medical treatment, pulling the group into escalating trouble with moneylenders, a bank robbery frame-up, and encounters with criminals and gangsters. The story traces how the friends navigate these complications while trying to clear their names.
