This Telugu romantic comedy follows a young man newly settled in Hyderabad who falls for a college classmate, even as she maintains a close bond with a childhood friend from overseas. Their engagement is complicated by the sudden arrival of a woman from his past and the discovery that her young son may be connected to him, setting off a tangle of hidden truths and old promises. Directed and produced by Y. V. S. Chowdary, the 2000 film features Mahesh Babu, Simran and Sakshi Shivanand in the lead roles.
