This spy thriller follows RAW operative Wisam Ahmad Kashmiri as he and his team hunt down a Taliban leader and his network to stop a planned attack in New York. The mission, unfolding in India and the UK, is intercut with flashbacks to Wisam's earlier undercover infiltration of the terrorist group, and reveals a plot involving a sunken WWII ship laden with explosives that could trigger a catastrophic flood in London. Kamal Haasan writes, directs, and stars in this sequel to his 2013 film, working alongside returning cast members.
