Virata Parvam

Set in Telangana during the 1990s Naxalite insurgency, this Telugu period drama follows Vennela, a young woman drawn to the writings of Naxal leader Ravi Shankar, known by his pen name Aranya. Defying her family and abandoning an arranged marriage, she sets out to find him, eventually joining his guerrilla group and becoming involved in the movement's struggles. Her journey intertwines personal devotion with the political turmoil of the era, drawing her deeper into the conflict between the insurgents and the state.
