This Tamil comedy drama follows a Chennai gangster who poses as a doctor to please his father, only to be exposed when his parents arrange his marriage into a real physician's family. Humiliated, he enrolls in medical college to earn a genuine degree, clashing with the institution's dean while winning over students and patients through unconventional, compassionate methods that challenge the school's rigid practices. The story is a remake of a Hindi film and follows its central character's attempts to prove himself despite repeated efforts to have him removed.
