This 1972 Tamil drama follows Anand, a wealthy but hard-drinking bachelor, who falls for Latha, an air hostess he rescues from an assault and later hires as his secretary. As Latha helps him break his drinking habit, their growing closeness stirs jealousy and suspicion within his family, leading to misunderstandings that threaten to tear them apart. The story is a remake of a Telugu original directed by the same filmmaker, with the lead actress reprising her earlier role.

Where to watch in USA

We checked the streaming catalogues and it isn’t on any service we cover — in any country, not just yours. Films leave and return, so this can change.

We check JioHotstar, Eros Now, Sun NXT, Prime Video, ZEE5 and 13 others. If it is streaming somewhere we don’t read, it won’t show up here — tell us and we’ll add it.
