Varavelpu

A man returning to his Kerala hometown after years of work abroad attempts to start a modest business by purchasing a second-hand bus with a route permit. His entrepreneurial efforts are quickly undermined by a series of obstacles, including accidents, dishonest employees, and interference from a manipulative union leader. Presented as a dark satirical comedy, the film critiques the trade union problems and corrupt political dynamics that plague Kerala's labor systems.
