Set in the hill town of Panimalai, this satirical romantic comedy unfolds as a mysterious flu outbreak leaves people suddenly unable to speak. Amid the chaos, an aspiring radio jockey working as a glue salesman crosses paths with a junior doctor who believes silence solves more problems than words ever could, and their differing views on communication spark a growing friendship. Their story intertwines with a separate town controversy involving a film star and a local drinkers' group, as the two make a wager tied to resolving that very feud.
