This 1973 Tamil science-fiction film follows an Indian scientist who develops a method of harnessing energy from lightning but refuses to let it be exploited for destructive or profit-driven purposes, even burning his notes rather than hand them to a greedy rival. After he vanishes during a world trip abroad, his brother, a police officer, travels overseas and teams up with several allies to trace clues across multiple countries in an effort to find him and recover his hidden research.
