This 2009 Tamil thriller follows a Chennai taxi driver who conceals his true profession from his wife while ferrying a wealthy but reckless young heir embroiled in a legal battle over his late father's estate. A road accident causes the heir to lose a crucial key hidden in the cab, sparking an escalating conflict between the two men that spills into their personal lives and relationships. The film is a remake of a Hindi movie that itself adapted an American thriller.
