Set at Kochi's Mattancherry harbor in the 1940s and 50s, this Malayalam drama depicts dock laborers rising up against the exploitative 'Chappa' system, in which tokens tossed by employers determined who received daily work, sparking clashes and fatal police violence. Adapted from a stage play, the story centers on two brothers who end up on opposite sides of this workers' uprising against the harbor bosses. Directed by Rajeev Ravi, it features an ensemble cast including Nivin Pauly, Indrajith Sukumaran, and Joju George.
