A young graduate named Chandran lands his first job at an import-export firm by tailoring his appearance and manners to suit his old-fashioned, moustache-obsessed boss. When a lie about taking leave to watch a football match goes wrong and his boss spots him at the stadium, Chandran invents a story about having an identical, clean-shaven twin brother to save his job. This fabrication spirals as he begins juggling two identities, one of which draws him into a romance with his employer's daughter, leading to escalating complications and a scramble to keep the deception from unraveling.
