This 2017 historical drama, directed by Kavi Raz and marking singer Satinder Sartaaj's acting debut, follows Duleep Singh, the final ruler of the Sikh Empire, from his childhood ascension to the throne through his removal from power after Punjab's annexation by British India. Raised under a British guardian and later sent to England as a teenager, he forms a bond with Queen Victoria while struggling to balance his Indian heritage with his British upbringing. As he reconnects with his mother and his cultural roots, he pushes to win back his kingdom despite obstacles created by British colonial rule.
