Tathastu is a 2006 Hindi drama directed by Anubhav Sinha, adapted from the American film John Q. It follows Ravi Rajput, a working-class man whose son urgently needs a costly heart transplant, and who takes drastic action at a Mumbai hospital after insurers and employers refuse to cover the expense.
