This 2015 Tamil thriller follows several interconnected characters in Chennai after a solar flare knocks out the city's mobile networks, with a hidden bomb set to detonate once phone service is restored. A young man tries to reach a woman trapped beneath a precariously suspended rock, while a tech-savvy youth works to fix the network to reunite with the girl he loves, and a taxi driver unknowingly carries a device planted by extremists in his car. The film, directed by Ramprakash Rayappa and produced by V. Chandran, traces how these separate lives collide as the city faces a race against time.
