This 1993 Hindi romantic action comedy follows Shankar, a man exiled to the city's fringes because of a violent past. After saving a woman named Namkeen from a gang of attackers, he notices her striking resemblance to a missing wealthy woman, Mohinidevi, and persuades her to pose as the heiress, setting off a chain of complications. Directed by Mahesh Bhatt and starring Mithun Chakraborty and Pooja Bhatt, the film also featured a popular musical score.
