Set in 1999, this action drama follows a newly recruited police officer who enters a police training academy alongside other trainees, including some who had been waiting since 1982 for placement. He must navigate the brutal training methods and institutional corruption within the academy, while standing up for his fellow trainees and questioning the questionable practices of his superiors.
