This 2013 Telugu crime comedy follows a small-time pickpocket who unwittingly becomes entangled with a stolen golden idol prized by a ruthless gangster looking to bribe a politician. Complications mount when the idol ends up in the possession of a woman he has befriended, forcing him and his fellow thieves to navigate a chain of double-crosses and pursuers to protect her. Marking director Sudheer Varma's debut, the film became a notable sleeper success.
