A Kannada-language remake of the 2002 American film John Q, this film follows a married mechanic who takes drastic action to save his son's life by hijacking a hospital. The film was completed in an unusually short timeframe of 18 hours, directed by 10 different directors and starring Shivarajkumar in the lead role.
