Spadikam follows Thomas Chacko, nicknamed Aadu Thoma, a quarry owner and gangster whose rebellious, tough lifestyle has long alienated him from his strict, achievement-obsessed father, a retired headmaster. Flashbacks reveal how Thoma, once a gifted but academically unappreciated boy, fled home after a bitter clash with his father and a teacher, resurfacing years later as a hardened man still at odds with his family's expectations. His return sets him on a collision course with a local strongman and law enforcement in his town.
