This Telugu crime thriller follows T. Purushottam Reddy, nicknamed Simbaa, an environmental campaigner who battles industrial pollution and ends up rescuing three people, an act that sets them on a shared path toward confronting those responsible for ecological harm. In a parallel thread, a teacher named Akshika, who cares for her disabled husband, inexplicably kills a stranger, prompting an ACP and a journalist to investigate; the journalist and later a doctor become drawn into the same violent impulse, binding the three together. The film blends an activist's fight for justice with a spiraling criminal investigation into unexplained killings.
