Shimla Mirchi

This Hindi romantic drama follows Avinash, who falls for Naina after a chance meeting at a temple and takes a job at her soon-to-open coffee shop to win her over. Complicating matters is the strained marriage of Naina's parents, whose long separation and unsigned divorce leave her mother emotionally fragile, prompting a scheme involving an anonymous love letter that spirals into misunderstandings between Avi and Naina. Directed by Ramesh Sippy and led by Rajkummar Rao and Rakul Preet Singh alongside Hema Malini, the story blends courtship with a family's attempt to heal old wounds.
