This 1991 Telugu crime thriller follows Ashok, a young lawyer working under a principled senior advocate who takes on a corrupt, influential contractor accused of defrauding a government housing project. When the mentor and his wife are murdered to bury the evidence, Ashok is pushed out of the legal system and sets out on a personal campaign against the contractor and his associates, putting him at odds with a police officer who happens to be his former college sweetheart.
