A group of young people seek revenge against corrupt officials—a minister, engineer, collector, and contractor—who destroyed a woman named Treesa and imprisoned her brother. After completing his sentence, the brother returns and systematically pursues retribution against each of his sister's persecutors, with the character Bhiman Raghu serving as the film's central figure.
