A Hyderabad crime boss known as Shankar Dada has long deceived his parents into believing he runs a charitable hospital, honoring his late father's wish for him to become a doctor. When the lie is exposed and his family is publicly humiliated, he enrolls in medical college to genuinely earn an MBBS degree, using bribery and cunning to get in. Once there, his unconventional, warm-hearted approach to patients clashes with the institution's rigid dean, even as he grows close to a young doctor connected to his past.
