This 1982 Hindi romantic comedy follows Sunny, an unemployed young man in Bombay, who ends up traveling to Shimla for a job and crosses paths again with Nisha, a woman he had earlier pranked and clashed with. Unbeknownst to him, his new employer is his own long-lost father, who had vanished years earlier after an accident and now lives under a new identity. As Sunny and Nisha fall in love, a con man and his son scheme to impersonate Sunny in order to claim his father's wealth, leading to mistaken identities and rising complications for the couple.
