While his wife recovers from a life-saving heart operation, an MMA trainer finds himself trapped inside a hospital that has been seized by an armed terrorist group holding patients and staff hostage. Cut off from help, he must navigate the building and outwit the attackers with the aid of a security guard and a young boy, while a police officer negotiates from outside after the criminals target her own daughter. The film follows the escalating standoff as both the trainer and the police try to stop the hostage-takers' true plan.
