In a coastal city in Goa, a quiet pawn shop owner named Kabir Ahlawat forms a close bond with Naomi, the young daughter of his neighbor, a bar dancer struggling with addiction. When a stolen stash of drugs ends up hidden in an item pawned at his shop, Kabir is drawn into a violent conflict with a crime syndicate involved in drug manufacturing and organ trafficking, forcing him to reveal skills from a past he had kept hidden. As law enforcement closes in on the gang, Kabir must fight to protect the child while confronting the criminals responsible for the escalating brutality around them.
