When a botched arms deal and an act of violence force him into prison and cost him his relationship, he later escapes to find her again, only to be drawn into the grip of a brutal cult tied to secrets about his own origins. The story follows his attempts to reconcile his past, protect those he loves, and uncover the truth behind a long-hidden prophecy.
