This 1995 Telugu drama follows Rambantu, a tribal boy raised in a landlord's household after his father dies protecting the estate's generous zamindar. Though uneducated, Rambantu grows into a devoted and skilled healer, caring for the family even as the landlord's wife mistreats him and a scheming outsider named Gireesam infiltrates the household to swindle the family and pursue the zamindar's daughter Kaveri. As Gireesam's deceptions unravel the family's fortune and honor, Rambantu works to protect Kaveri and expose the fraud threatening his adopted family.
