This 1989 Tamil action comedy follows Rajashekar, the son of a wealthy estate owner, who sets out to uncover the truth behind his father's death after his stepmother and her brother conspire against the family. Framed for a murder he did not commit, he gets help from a lookalike villager named Chinnaraasu as he tries to clear his name while also pursuing a romance in his home village. Rajinikanth plays both lead roles, with Nadhiya and Radha as the respective love interests.
