This Telugu action comedy follows Satya, a man driven by money who leaves his village for Andhra Pradesh and gets drawn into a violent rivalry between two local power players. As he inserts himself into their conflict for his own gain, he crosses paths with a local gangster's crew and two women who become entangled in his schemes, setting off a chain of confrontations rooted in a hidden past connected to a doctor and a hospital in his hometown.
