Two close friends and roommates in Chennai, one outgoing and one reserved, both fall into the orbit of a new neighbor with whom one of them strikes up a phone-only romance. A case of mistaken identity during an unplanned visit leads the quiet friend to be mistaken for her roommate, drawing her into a relationship built on a secret she struggles to reveal. As the deception deepens and both women grow attached to the same man, their friendship and honesty are put to the test.
