This Tamil devotional drama follows Durga, a devout worshipper of goddess Pottu Amman, whose marriage against her father's will leads to estrangement from her family. After she has a son, a menacing outsider arrives in town intending to kidnap the child, putting her and those close to her in danger. As events turn dire, two other women turn to divine intervention in an effort to protect the baby.
