A satirical comedy set during the global financial crisis, following an aspiring Indian gangster who dreams of immigrating to America after being inspired by Obama's speech. When an American businessman arrives in India to sell property and escape bankruptcy, he becomes entangled with local criminals in a series of schemes involving kidnappings and ransom deals across multiple gangster networks and corrupt officials.
