Pehchaan is a 1993 Hindi action drama centered on Judge Jagdish Verma, who sentences a man named Shankar Yogi to prison despite once being his lawyer. After serving his term, Shankar sets out to take revenge by kidnapping the judge's pregnant wife and secretly raising the daughter born in captivity, using her as part of a scheme against the Verma family. The story follows how this hidden plot forces the family into a web of secrecy and manipulation.
