Pattam Pole is a 2013 Malayalam romance marking cinematographer Alagappan N's directorial debut, starring Dulquer Salmaan and Malavika Mohanan. It follows a young Hindu man and a Christian woman who run away together to escape the disapproval their families would show toward their religious and caste differences, only to return home and pretend their bond has ended. As their parents secretly try to bring them back together, the couple's paths cross again through unexpected circumstances, including working at the same company.
