This 2007 Telugu action thriller centers on Kiran, a man with an extremely rare blood type who travels to Mumbai to sell his guest house. His unique blood draws the attention of a powerful gangster who secretly needs not just his blood but his heart for a transplant, forcing Kiran into a dangerous struggle to survive while trying to save his family's failing bank back home.
