A man becomes an unwilling pawn in a terrorist's scheme to secure a prisoner's release when a traffic jam on a busy bridge puts him in contact with his childhood crush. Forced to follow the terrorist's orders under threat of harm to the woman, he must navigate a dangerous situation while authorities attempt to determine whether he is a perpetrator or a victim.
