A mother and her young son, who suffers from a respiratory condition requiring oxygen support, board a bus traveling to a hospital for scheduled surgery. When a landslide traps the bus and its passengers underground, they become locked in a desperate struggle for survival with limited oxygen and no way to contact help. As desperation sets in among the group, the mother must protect her son's medical resources while battling both the environment and the other survivors around her.
