This 2005 Telugu romance centers on a wealthy NRI who returns to a village hoping to marry Radha, unaware that she is devoted to Devudu, a man presumed dead. Radha's father, opposed to her relationship with the poor Devudu, had arranged for him to be sent away to earn a living abroad, secretly hoping he would never return. When Devudu unexpectedly comes back after surviving his journey, the story explores the mystery behind his supposed death and whether it was engineered by someone determined to keep him away from Radha.
