This 2006 Tamil romantic drama follows Ganesan, a poor auto driver, and Bhuvana, the wealthy but lonely daughter of a businessman, who fall in love despite their differing backgrounds. When Bhuvana moves in with him to prove her commitment, their happiness is threatened after she is seriously injured in an accident and needs urgent medical care that Ganesan struggles to afford. Desperate to save her, he takes drastic action at the hospital, setting off a tense standoff involving staff, patients, and police as he tries to secure treatment for her.
