Set in India, this 1998 Hindi drama follows Krishna Prasad, a car mechanic who falls in love with Pooja after helping her one day, and vows to become a successful businessman before marrying her. While he is away building his fortune, Pooja ends up marrying another man, Deepak, who later comes to work for Krishna without realizing the connection between his boss and his wife. Their reunion at Krishna's birthday party reignites old feelings and sets off a chain of jealousy and conflict between the three of them.
