Muthu

This Tamil drama follows Muthu, a loyal chariot driver in service to a zamindar named Raja, who helps rescue a traveling actress, Ranganayaki, from harassment and later falls in love with her while escorting her to safety. Unbeknownst to Raja, who also desires to marry her, Ranganayaki's affections lie solely with Muthu, and the situation grows complicated as she hides from a violent brother-in-law while a scheming relative manipulates Raja against Muthu. The story builds toward a confrontation over loyalty, love, and deception within the zamindar's household.
