A Mumbai mobster pretends to be a doctor to impress his parents, but when his deception is exposed and his family is humiliated, he enrolls in medical college—run by the man who shamed them—seeking revenge. As he attends the institution, his compassionate approach to medicine clashes with the dean's rigid methods, gradually winning over students, staff, and patients while pursuing his goals.
